The Power Adapter for Neon LED Strip Light is perfect for adding power to extra Neon LED Light Strips. One power adapter can power Neon LED strip lengths as short at 19.69" (50cm) or as long as 165 continuous feet. Includes 2 Prong Plug with handy extra fuse. The strip is just over 5 feet long and the connector is made specifically for Neon LED Strip. Use with a Prong and Waterproofing Glue for a waterproof and secure seal. When using glue, we recommend letting the assembly dry for 24 hours before handling.

1) What is needed in order to dim these neon LEDs? Can these be plugged into an outlet or wired into a household line that is controlled by a wall dimmer?
You can use any Skylark Lutron wall dimmer to dimm the neon Flex. And yes you can dimm them by plugging them into a wall outlet that is controlled by a dimmer, but make sure the dimmer is any of Lutrosn Skylark.
