Free Shipping is only offered to retail sales in the continental USA, (Except Hawaii and Alaska)  and its not available for wholesale products and/or quantity discounts.

Free Shipping is done through FedEx Ground and/or USPS and is usually shipped same day or 24H after purchase. See below shipping conditions.

Shipping Information

SolidApollo processes and ships all orders from Monday to Friday, all shipping orders are processed before 1:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time). USPS order are processed until 10am only.

SolidApollo will not operate on the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and  Christmas Day.

Usually all orders are processed within the same day, but please allow us 24h to process your order. In the rare event that one or more items are not in stock you will be notified via email. You can either choose from receiving immediately the items that are readily available, or wait until all items ordered are in stock. As soon as all items are in stock we will send you an email notification.

You are able to choose from one of the following shipping providers: FedEx, and  U.S. Postal Service.
If your delivery is time sensitive we recommend you use FedEx, it will cost a bit more than USPS but it is generally faster and more reliable than USPS and you will automatically be generated a tracking number.

Nevertheless you have the option to choose Priority shipping from the U.S. Postal Service as a more economical alternative. The USPS's estimate for the average delivery time for Priority mail is 1-3 days.
If you already have an exiting account with either FedEx or UPS, and you wish to use it, you can.
