Warranty & Return Policy:

30 Day Money Back Warranty:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of for what ever reason you are not happy, we will refund your purchase 30 days from the date you purchased it. We will offer you an alternative product or we will refund your money back less shipping costs. All returned products must be in perfect condition and in a re sale-able condition, including original box, instructions, accessories etc.

Products cut to size, like LED Strips, cables etc, or products that have been configured specifically for a customer are non returnable. We recommend you place a sample order of products that are cut to size, in order to asses if they will meet you expectations.

*Products that were purchased with Free Shipping will have a 20% restock fee.

**Modified or installed products will not be refunded. Expired RMA will not be refunded. COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.

Many of our products have a 2 year limited warranty. We will directly give you a 2 year warranty. If the product can not be fixed or substituted, we will give you the option to replace it for another product of similar characteristics or even a new and improved model.

Returns Procedure:
All returns must be communicated to Solid Apollo ™ prior sending. To obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) please contact us by calling 1.866.493.0423 or use the contact form on our Website, or send us an email at info (at) SolidApollo . com.

All packages sent to Solid Apollo ™ must clearly have the RMA issued and printed on the outside of the package. If the RMA should not appear or not clear then the product will be restocked and no refund can be issued.

Also all returns must come in their original box in perfect conditions, well packed, accompanied by the original packaging material, manuals and any other accessories provided with the original delivery. Additional packing material is required to send the product. Products have to be returned in a resalable condition.
